Inflatable Disaster Relief Tents
BTCOOPS / Wuxi Fenigal Professional Inflatable Shelters
Inflatable disaster relief tents create temporary covered space for relief teams, welfare services and emergency accommodation. The air-beam structure folds for transport and can be configured around the working layout, climate and available site services.
Product Overview
We configure the shelter around the task, available utilities and shipping requirements. Start with the usable working layout, then match the enclosure, service interfaces and equipment package. Shell-only supply and equipped stations have separately defined bills of supply.
Typical Applications
· Disaster relief reception
· Temporary welfare and distribution points
· Relief team shelter
· Emergency service stations
Reference Model Range and Core Technical Data
Configuration | Size or area | Functional scope | Selection requirement |
DRT-12 | 3 x 4 m; 12 m² footprint | Compact station | People, storage and access layout |
DRT-20 | 20 m² area class | Relief or coordination station | External geometry and usable floor area |
DRT-30 | 5 x 6 m; 30 m² footprint | Larger relief work area | Equipment, exits and anchoring |
Construction and Material Platform
PVC air columns support a separate textile outer cover. A 600D Oxford cover is a reference option for the 3 x 4 m configuration. Floor, lining and door arrangements are selected with the climate and cleaning requirements; one fabric specification is not automatically shared by every size.
Technical item | Configuration requirement |
Inflatable structure | Air-sealed, continuous-air or hybrid design is specified for the selected frame; pump and valve arrangement must match. |
Pressure and pump | Working pressure, maximum pressure, relief setting, pump duty and supply voltage are stated for the chosen configuration. |
Weather and service | Wind exposure, anchoring, temperature, cleaning and fabric test requirements are defined for the project. |
Selection and Configuration Guide
· Required function and usable space
· Occupants plus clear exits and equipment
· Ground conditions and anchoring
· Wind exposure and operating season
· Power source and transport vehicle
Available Customization
Footprint, door and window arrangement, insulation lining, connecting openings, external colour and project identification can be specified. Floor reinforcement and ground protection should match repeated deployment.
Accessories and Optional Supply Scope
Groundsheet, pump, repair materials, guy lines, anchoring kit, portable lighting, HVAC interfaces and folding furniture can be quoted as separate scope items.
Packaging Transport and Storage
Deflate, clean and fully dry the fabric assembly before folding. Protect valves and rigid accessories separately. Carry bags, pallets or export cases are selected to suit packed weight and handling. Confirm the carton or case count, packed dimensions, net/gross weight and vehicle loading plan. Store dry and away from heat, sharp edges and incompatible chemicals.
Commercial Guidance
Item | Project supply guidance |

Production and warranty | Lead time starts from drawing, scope and material approval. Warranty period, exclusions and support are agreed for the selected configuration. |
Export and acceptance | Packing and EXW/FOB/CIF options are quoted by destination. The quotation defines documents, inspection, installation support and any system commissioning. |
FAQ
Can the same tent serve several tasks?
Yes, if the internal layout, access and equipment suit each task. A relief shell can support accommodation or coordination with a different configuration.
Is footprint the same as usable area?
No. Air columns, sloping sides and equipment reduce the usable working space. Request a layout drawing.
