Emergency, Medical & Fire-Rescue Inflatable Tents
Rapid-deployment air-beam shelter systems for triage, medical treatment, command, decontamination and emergency response. |
Category Overview & Commercial Positioning
This range is designed around operational layouts rather than decoration. Standard footprint platforms support first-response command, treatment, isolation and decontamination functions; covers, floors, air-beams, HVAC interfaces, drainage and partitions are configured to the mission and local standard.

Shared Technical Architecture
· Rapid-deploy shelters use sealed low-pressure or high-pressure air-beam frames, or continuously regulated pneumatic frames for very large spans. The frame fabric, outer cover, floor and insulation are selected separately for function.
· Typical construction combines reinforced airtight PVC/TPU air beams, coated Oxford/PVC or PVDF weather cover, PVC groundsheet, replaceable doors/windows and external guying/anchoring.
· Project options include vestibules, interconnection tunnels, partitions, HVAC interfaces, filtration, lighting, electrical distribution, pressure monitoring, automatic inflation control, flooring and packaging/transport frames.
· Wind, snow, rain, temperature, foundation/anchor capacity, door opening loads and emergency egress are structural inputs. Large shelters and hangars require project engineering and cannot be published with a universal weather rating.
· For medical/decontamination use, zoning, washable inner surfaces, drainage, HVAC pressure control, filtration and cleaning/disinfection compatibility must be defined at project stage.
Selection & Quotation Inputs
· Provide clear internal footprint and clear height, equipment/vehicle envelope, door dimensions and required unobstructed working zones.
· State deployment manpower/time target, transport constraint, power availability and whether standby inflation or generator backup is required.
· Provide design wind, snow, rainfall, temperature range and ground/anchoring conditions for the actual site.
· For medical/fire/decontamination shelters provide patient/process flow, clean/dirty zoning, HVAC/filtration, drainage and utility interfaces.
· For aviation/industrial hangars provide aircraft/vehicle CAD envelope, door operation, maintenance clearances, lighting/HVAC loads and local building/fire approval requirements.
