Shared Technical Architecture

· Primary construction: sewn continuous-air shell in coated Oxford / nylon for large soft sculptures; welded PVC or TPU/PVC for sealed-air designs where a smooth, airtight surface is required.

· Artwork: vector-based panel development, full-color dye-sublimation / digital printing or applique; critical brand geometry should be approved from 3D rendering before production.

· Rigging: reinforced webbing, D-rings, guy ropes and ballast / ground anchors sized to the installation method; suspended and helium-filled installations require an installation-specific tether plan.

· Lighting: internal LED modules or externally projected lighting can be integrated where heat, ventilation and fabric compatibility are controlled.

· Standard supply: inflatable body, matched blower or pump where applicable, ropes / basic fixing set, repair material and storage bag; project kits may add ballast, rigging, lighting and spare blower.

Selection & Quotation Inputs

· Provide target inflated dimensions and installation height, indoor/outdoor location, expected operating hours and whether the item must be moved during an event.

· Provide vector artwork / Pantone references, viewing distances and any logo zones that must remain dimensionally accurate.

· For outdoor projects provide site surface, anchoring restrictions and local design wind requirements; do not select size from visual scale alone.

· Confirm power supply, noise constraints and whether the product should be continuous-air, sealed-air or helium-filled.

· For custom replicas provide front/side/top references or CAD/3D files and identify “must-match” geometry versus visually simplified geometry.
