Shared Technical Architecture

· Professional products are application-engineered systems. Material, seam/weld method, pressure rating, valve type and reinforcement must be selected from the working medium, temperature, load case and duty cycle.

· Welded flexible structures should use traceable coated fabrics and compatible HF/RF, hot-air or hot-wedge processes; load-bearing or pressure-bearing components require documented production and pressure/leak testing.

· Connections, valves, hoses, regulators, pressure gauges, relief devices, control manifolds and repair kits are treated as part of the system rather than optional decoration accessories.

· Published values in this series are selection platforms. Final safe working pressure, proof test, load/capacity and environmental limits must be stated on the approved technical datasheet for the manufactured unit.

Selection & Quotation Inputs

· Specify medium (air, water, gas, wastewater, fuel-compatible liquid, etc.), required capacity/load and normal/maximum pressure.

· Provide operating and storage temperature, chemical compatibility requirements, UV exposure, abrasion/puncture risk and expected service cycle.
