1. Product Positioning

Arcti is the architectural branch of the HAFE/BTCOOPS balloon-light portfolio. It is separated from event balloon lighting and from the B0401 Sun safety/work-light family by its architectural integration: suspension, pole interfaces, decorative/commercial treatment, quiet sealed-air options and industrial attachment formats.

2. Legacy Data Retained and Expanded

The legacy catalogue establishes sphere sizes from 0.6 m to 5 m, E27 LED bulbs or LED modules, 3200/4400/6500 K options, ventilation inflation, and larger spherical configurations up to 2560 W. It also documents ellipse formats and a 400 W dual-white concept. The new system keeps those ideas as historical engineering references while expanding the product family into AP/SP/SE/EN tiers and a broader engineered model matrix.

AP: Advanced Professional - premium fabric, premium LED engine, high-CRI light quality, advanced control including DMX options, engineered for medium/high output and demanding architectural projects.

SP: Standard Professional - professional treated fabric, remote-control oriented options, engineered LED heads plus replaceable E27/E40-type lamp-holder solutions where appropriate; LED is primary with HMI/MH and optional tungsten-halogen project variants.

SE: Standard Economy - treated nylon envelope, practical replaceable-light-source or economical LED-head architecture, simplified control and strong serviceability.

EN: Entry - value-market configuration using Oxford/PVC-class envelope where suitable; simplified hardware and controls, with conventional MH architecture as the principal standard option.

B0202 - Arcti Outdoor

Architectural balloon lights for outdoor illumination. Plazas, promenades, campuses, façades, landscape zones, temporary public-space illumination and architectural outdoor events. Pole-top / pole-mounted via project-specific interface; local pole sourcing is preferred for tall installations. Tiers: SP, SE.

B0203 - Arcti Commercial

Architectural balloon lights for indoor commercial purpose. Flagship retail, exhibitions, malls, hospitality, brand activations, gala spaces and high-value decorative commercial interiors. Suspended/hanging; continuous-air standard, sealed-air option for quiet premium installations. Tiers: SP, SE.

B0204 - Arcti Industrial

Architectural balloon lights for industrial purpose. Warehouses, underground works, tunnels, caves, inspection zones, temporary industrial spaces, wet/dusty environments and special engineered projects. Suspended, attached, wall/structure mounted; sealed-air is a primary architecture, continuous-air also available. Tiers: SP, SE.

5. Engineering Rules

· AP LED standard range is intentionally concentrated at 400-3600 W. Higher LED outputs are Special Projects rather than catalogue-standard models.

· HMI/MH architectural projects can extend to much higher lamp powers (for example 10/12/24 kW class) only after thermal, ballast, envelope, suspension and regulatory engineering; these are not represented as standard catalogue models.

· Sphere is the default standard form. Ellipse and other forms are custom. Special shapes require prototype/engineering review, MOQ discussion and a longer lead time.

· Outdoor poles above about 5 m are normally locally fabricated or shipped in sections. For 10-20 m+ structures, structural design, wind loading, foundation and local code compliance are project responsibilities that must be coordinated with the customer/engineer.

· Sealed-air products require pressure retention, make-up air and pressure-relief engineering. They should not be treated as a simple fanless conversion of a continuous-air envelope.

· Photometric performance, IP rating, wind rating, flame-retardancy certification and regulatory marks must be stated only against the final approved BOM/test evidence.
